Good to know
Barbecuing is only permitted in a grill. Open fires on the ground are not permitted. Always keep water nearby.
The beach is approx. 500 meters away following a path through a cluster of holiday cottages and a meadow. There is a cycle path which is slightly further.
Show consideration when cycling on the campsite. During peak season, there are bikes for rent at the reception. Helmets are included and there are high chair at an additional charge.

Damage or loss
The campsite is not responsible for damage to or loss of the property of our guests.

Deep sea fishing is free; otherwise a permit is required.
The level crossing gate is closed between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. If you wish to enter the campsite during these times, bring your service card, which works as a key.
Handle gas bottles with care. The guest is responsible for making sure that gas connections have been tested and approved according to current regulations.
The person responsible during night time can be reached by calling the reception and pressing 5. This is only for emergancies. Calls that are not urgent will be charged a fee.
There is handicap friendly showers and toilets in 4 of our service buildings (marked on the map).

Wifi is available on the larger part of the camping and is called ”Läjets Camping”

We ask that motorized traffic be kept to a minimum on site. Max. speed 10 km/h. Motorized traffic is prohibited between 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Guests who are checked in at Läjets Camping shall park on their own campsite. The parkingspots are ment for visitors.
Peace and quiet
There must be peace and quiet on site at all times, but especially between midnight and 7 a.m. In case of disturbance at night, always inform reception. The campsite management, security guards or police are authorized to turn guests away.
Keep your pet on a leash. Dogs must be walked outside of the campsite. There is a dog shower in the large service building (marked on the map). The dog park is free to use.

Playground, petanque court and soccer field
is available at the large green space to the north of the campsite. The boules court is located at the west end of the campsite and playgrounds in the middle of the campsite by the reception. Play and have fun but between midnight and 7 a.m., there must be peace and quiet on the campsite.
The nearest police station is located in the centre of Varberg. For non-urgent matters, call 114 14.
Pick up your expected mail in the big, brown wooden box by the reception. Our address is Nygård 3, 432 54 Varbeg, Sweden (please write the number of your cottage/ pitch).
