Arrival / Departure
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
Our self-service kiosk is available 24/7, allowing you to book, check in, and check out at any time. If you have booked a cabin and arrive outside reception opening hours, you will find an envelope with your name in the mailbox marked Check-in outside the reception. There is no need to notify us in advance.
Please note: If your accommodation has not been paid for before arrival, check-in must be completed before the reception closes.
Check-out is by 12:00 PM for all accommodation types. Exceptions are only made during the low season and by prior arrangement with reception. Late check-out will result in an additional night’s charge.
We recommend our Express Check-out service. You will receive an envelope at reception in which you place your service cards, cleaning checklist (if applicable), and keys before dropping it into the mailbox marked Check-out. This allows you to avoid waiting in line.

Fire and Electrical Safety Regulations
To prevent the rapid spread of fire, a minimum safety distance of 4 metres must be maintained between camping units.
Access roads and passages must never be blocked, as they are required for emergency vehicles.
For accessibility reasons, vehicles may only be parked on your pitch or in designated parking areas.
We recommend positioning the tow hitch of your caravan facing outward.
The campsite is responsible for ensuring that electrical hook-up posts function correctly. The guest is responsible for all equipment between the electrical post and their caravan or motorhome.
To use our electrical outlets, all equipment must be in safe working order, approved, CE marked, and connected using undamaged cables. This is the guest’s responsibility.
Please note that our electrical cabinets are equipped with 16A residual current circuit breakers, and therefore the cable between the electrical post and your camping unit must have a minimum conductor area of 2.5 mm².
In case of fire:
Rescue – Alert – Extinguish
Firefighting equipment locations are marked on the campsite map.
